RIF Capital Grant scheme 2024 funding available

The RIF Capital grant scheme for Cardiff & the Vale is now open. Organisations can apply for up to £12,500 and the closing date for applications is 16^th August 2024. For more information about the scheme and how to apply follow this link: https://www.gvs.wales/news/third-sector-capital-fund-2024

This Fund aims to provide capital resources for projects that supports independent living in the community for people with care and support needs, and to provide intermediate care settings in the community so that people who need care, support and rehabilitation can return to living independently or maintain their existing independence.
