StreetGames has been commissioned by Sport Wales to conduct a piece of research on Youth Social Prescribing in Wales, with a particular focus on the role of Sport and Physical Activity.

Part of the research includes a stakeholder survey, which we would love as many of the network to complete as possible. The survey will help us to understand what is and is not currently happening locally in the Youth Social Prescribing space, what the barriers might be and what opportunities exist to develop further. The research will be providing Sport Wales with recommendations on what their role should be going forward, and will hopefully provide opportunities for further development.

The survey will take between 15-20 minutes to complete, and we would love to hear your views. You do not need to currently be involved in Youth Social Prescribing locally to take part.

You can access the survey here: https://wh.snapsurveys.com/s.asp?k=161477798407

If you would like more information about the research, or would like to get more involved, please get in touch by emailing us here.

If you would like more information about Youth Social Prescribing, take a look at the Social Prescribing Youth Network information here.
