Representing Wales: Empowering Community Leaders
Race Equality First is delivering a free Welsh Government-funded programme designed to support people, particularly those from underrepresented and minority ethnic communities, to develop confidence, leadership skills and a better understanding of how Welsh democracy works.
The programme consists of practical, interactive and non-party political workshops. Participants can attend as many or as few sessions as they wish.
Those who attend three or more sessions may also have the opportunity to access:
- Mentoring and shadowing opportunities with people working in Welsh public and political life
- Exclusive Media and Presentation Training delivered by Jason Mohammed
