This programme is to support parents/carers and siblings of a child with mental health challenges living in Cardiff or the Vale.

For Parents/Carers – they will be able to access our 6-week Platfform For Families wellbeing programme and a dedicated Facebook page, for ongoing support and discussions.

For Siblings – they will have access to group and one to one sessions plus 6 fun craft based weekly sessions for 6 – 13 year olds. For any siblings 14 years and older they can participate in Platfform’s very successful 10-week State of Mind programme.
