Health and Wellbeing Information and Taster Week

Come along to our Health and Wellbeing Information and Taster Week to try our bikes and find out lots of information from local charities as well as from health and social care agencies.
Everyone is welcome; if you are a regular user, a new user or wanting to try cycling and find out more, our Information and Taster Week is for you.
Taster Sessions are available to help you or those you care for to find the right bike, to begin to learn to ride a bike or to help increase confidence to cycle. These sessions are FREE, will run throughout the day and require booking in advance. Please book your taster session to ensure that you have a place by calling 02920390713 or by emailing [email protected].
Information Stalls will be held in the cafe and those confirmed to date include NewLink (The Buzz Project), Alzheimers Society, Innovate, MS Society and more.
