The Welsh government has just issued guidance for a universal parking pass to print off for volunteers well as accompanying information about how and where to use it (attached guidance) and stressing the need to continue to park sensibly so as not to cause any obstruction to residents, emergency services or deliveries. It does not replace any existing permits that have been issued by a local authority for COVID-19 parking concessions which people should continue to use.
