Llais: Share Your Experiences of Urgent Care
Llais, the Citizens Voice Body for Health and Social Care in Wales, is running a project in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan to gather feedback on accessing urgent care services. This includes surveys and public forums covering:
- 111 services (including mental health support)
- Emergency ambulance services
- Primary care (GP, dental, eye care, pharmacy)
- Emergency hospital care
- Emergency respite care
The project runs until 31st March 2025. Llais is keen to hear what’s working well and where improvements can be made. Findings will later be shared with Cardiff & Vale University Health Board.
