Key selling points;
The nine month part-time programme will start in mid October, and fits around work, study and other commitments. Participants will;
- Take part in Leadership Retreat Days
- Attend weekly Knowledge and Skills sessions with key experts from a variety of industries
- Run their own social action campaign on an issue that they care about
- Be individually matched with a coach and professional mentor
- Meet and build relationships with the UK’s most senior leaders
- Get a first-hand insight into different sectors on a local and national level
- Graduate to become part of our Emerging Leaders Network (ELN)

- Be aged 19 – 25
- Live, work or study in a Cardiff
- Have a passion to make a positive difference in your community

Assessment Centres are currently scheduled for the evenings of 3rd and 18th October
