OpenLearn Champions is an advocacy programme from The Open University in Wales that helps break down barriers to learning and widen access to higher education and higher-level skills. OpenLearn Champions are trained to help spread the word about OpenLearn in their workplaces and communities, to inspire a love of learning and support adults across Wales to develop skills, raise their confidence and explore what OpenLearn has to offer. The Openlearn Champions Alert January 2024 has been published and includes information on supporting mental health through online music fandoms and supporting physical development in early childhood.
