NHS Wales Strategic Programme for Primary Care Mid Year Report 2024

The Strategic Programme for Primary Care (SPPC) Mid-Year Report highlights key achievements from April to September 2024, including progress on improving primary care access, reducing health inequalities, and embedding the Primary Care Model for Wales.

Key Highlights: Launch of the Clinical Governance Toolkit, Enhanced Community Care Framework, and the award-winning Greener Primary Care Wales Framework.
Future Work: Focused on strengthening community health services and improving General Medical Services (GMS) access.
