Race Council Cymru will now be administering the Grant Scheme on behalf of Welsh Government.
Following the successful distribution of the Welsh Governments’ Windrush Grant 2022, Race Council Cymru are delighted to invite organisations to apply for Welsh Government’s Grant for National Windrush Day 2023. You can download the Windrush Grant guidance document and funding application form here for Windrush @75 Grant 2023. This grant will enable successful applicants i.e. community groups across Wales to celebrate the 75th Anniversary of the Windrush Generations’ arrival into the UK.
Groups and organisations may request between £100 and up to £3500, ideally. £5000 bids will be considered in exceptional circumstances for a single event.
The closing date for applications: Friday 9th of June 2023 midnight.
