Minority Ethnic Communities (MEC) Health Fair 2026

When: Wednesday 28th October from 10:00 to 15:00 (Free drop-in)
Where: Fitzalan High School, Leckwith Road, Cardiff, CF11 8AP

Theme: Prevention Today. Better Health Tomorrow.

We’re delighted to confirm that the Health Fair will return this Autumn, offering individuals and families the chance to explore a wide range of information from various organisations on how to look after their health and wellbeing. As always, the event will welcome health professionals to take part, and this year is no exception. There will also be a Q&A session, giving participants the opportunity to ask any health-related questions they may have.

While health inequalities remain a challenge, we know that knowledge is power and by reaching as many diverse populations as possible across our city, we can inspire better health and wellbeing for all. This includes helping people recognise signs of illness and know how to act if they’re feeling unwell.

In previous events, we have welcomed over 300 people to learn, engage and participate in discussions relating to health and wellbeing, because when we are healthy, we are stronger together.
