We are keen to support groups looking to develop or integrate a sustainable model to support community-led action on tackling winter hardship, fuel and food poverty, loneliness, and social isolation.
The Loneliness and Isolation Fund will provide funding of up to £1,500 for groups wishing to make a small investment to sustain their provision – such as promotion and marketing, purchasing small capital items, upgrading digital subscriptions to deliver more services on-line or on a hybrid basis, or minor adaptations to premises to offer more services face to face.
C3SC is particularly keen to hear from groups that can support us to develop sustainable delivery pathways that help to tackle the challenges of winter through community engagement. We would love to hear from you to explore what kind of role your group could play as part of a place-based approach that will provide a collaborative, co-ordinated response to local needs and winter pressures with other groups in your local area.
If you are interested in being part of this exciting collaboration, please complete the Expression of Interest Form no later than 12 noon on Tuesday 19th March 2024 by completing the Microsoft Form here.
