Following the success of The Workforce Wellbeing Hub 20-minute 1:1 wellbeing sessions, the Cardiff and Vale Area Planning Board are already offering spaces for 2025.  These are an easy and relaxed way to focus on you; your time to talk about anything that’ll help you focus on your own health and wellbeing, whether that’s a discussion about managing stress, finding a better balance, or just getting some tips to boost your day-to-day energy.

 

Why book a 1:1 session – it’s only 20 mins?

Think of this as a quick, informal check-in. During the session, we can:

  • Talk through any personal wellbeing goals you have
  • Share practical tips you can use right away
  • Explore what might help you feel even better, in and out of work
