Care’diff News Winter 24/25 – Key Updates

The Winter 24/25 edition of Care’diff News is now available, providing detailed updates on support for unpaid carers in Cardiff. Key highlights include:

New Direct Phone Line for Unpaid Carers: For advice and support, call 02920 234 234 (Option 2).
Hardship Grants via TüVida: Financial support for unpaid carers, now reopened for applications (pages 6–7).
Winter Short Breaks Fund: Cardiff Council’s fund to support unpaid carers (details on page 9).
