Job vacancy: Co-Creating Healthy Change Project Coordinator

Cardiff Third Sector Council was set up in 1997 to support and represent the third sector in Cardiff, helping to drive good practice and provide a voice for this vital, vibrant and innovative sector.

We are seeking to appoint a motivated and committed person to the following post for the Co-Creating Healthy Change Project:

£23,000 – £25,300 p.a. (37 hours per week)          Big Lottery Fund logo

Working with a range of third sector partners, you will lead on the coordination, monitoring and evaluation of the Co-creating Healthy Change Project.
