Patient and Public Interest Group (PAPIG) Meeting – 18th March 2025

The next Patient and Public Interest Group (PAPIG) meeting will take place online on Tuesday, 18th March 2025, from 10:00 AM – 11:15 AM. PAPIG brings together patients, carers, advocates, and third-sector organisations to provide insights to the All Wales Medicines Strategy Group (AWMSG), which advises the Welsh Government on new medicines for NHS Wales.

This session will cover:

The updated AWMSG medicines assessment process and how to propose a medicine for consideration.
Interventions not normally available on the NHS – their circumstances and accessibility.

Attendees will have an opportunity to share views and ask questions.
