“We must act, educate and be of service to help fight against racism. Enough is enough” – Filmmaker and Into Film Ambassador Cornelius Walker
It is a shameful fact that racism is still prevalent in our society, and around the globe. There is still a lot of work to be done – by everyone – to help Black people and people of colour live without being subjected to racism in any form. Into Film supports the Black Lives Matter movement and believes that educating children and young people on how to create positive change is crucial to the fight against racism.
Whether you’re a teacher, parent or home educator, you may be facing challenging discussions with young people overwhelmed by the current mass of information on social media and the news. To help broach these conversations and inspire action, we’ve collated a list of films, film guides, articles and resources for you to use in the classroom or at home.
