The Cardiff and Vale Regional Partnership Board has allocated funding from the Welsh Government’s Housing with Care Fund, to support Minor Capital Projects in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan.

The funding supports community-based capital projects that enable independent living for people with care and support needs, including intermediate care settings that help individuals regain or maintain their independence.

If your organisation or service supports people in Cardiff or the Vale, and you have a pojrect that meets the scheme’s criteria, you are warmly invited to apply for a share of next year’s allocation.
