Cardiff Council have agreed to lease land in Splott to Green City to build a creative community hub and green space! The site will consist of shipping container studio spaces, a community hub building, growing spaces, wildlife and wild play area and lots more, all things suggested by our community through consultations earlier last year.
Green City Events are currently preparing to design the community hub building. This building is for local people and groups to use and enjoy; they want to find out as much as possible about how YOU and your community group would like to use it and what you’d like to see included so that your ideas can be built into the design process right from the start.
You and your group can feed into this in two ways:
1. Attend the hub consultation at the next Repair Cafe Wales event at Oasis Cardiff on Saturday 13th April, 10am -1pm. Green City Events will be there to chat about the project and ask you to feedback. Plus there will be biscuits!
2. Fill in this short questionnaire about how you and/or your group would use the hub.
