Mitie – a furniture recycling business which works with organisations across the UK — is redeploying surplus furniture from two of their client’s properties in Cardiff  (e.g. desks, chairs, filing cabinets). Mitie has a particular focus on matching the needs and requirements of key community groups, such as charities and schools.

We would like to offer members the opportunity to ‘opt-in’ to Mitie’s online portal where you will have access to these items free of charge. Should any of these items be of interest to you contact the Mitie team at [email protected]

The portal can be found here: https://www.wastematch.co.uk/

  1. Click on “Furniture Search”
  1. In the “Search” bar under location, search for postcode local to yourself: i.e.: CF3 0YY (Cardiff)
  1. Localised results will now be displayed. Searches can be narrowed down, by using the keyword such as “Desks” or “Chair” etc in the keywordfield.

If there are specific items that are of interest or if you require any further assistance, contact [email protected]
