FIT Bluebirds – Free 12-Week Health & Wellbeing Programme

Cardiff City FC Community Foundation is offering new spring cohorts for the FIT Bluebirds programme, a free 12-week health and wellbeing course for men and women aged 18 and over. The programme supports participants to improve their health in a relaxed and supportive environment.

Key benefits include:

  • Free weekly sessions for 12 weeks
  • Friendly, no-pressure approach with practical health tips
  • Support from trained staff throughout the programme
  • Opportunities to meet others and build a sense of community
  • Average weight loss of over 5%
New sessions begin soon:

  • Cardiff City Stadium – Tuesdays, 6:00–8:00pm (from 29 April), with male-only and female-only cohorts
  • Pentwyn Leisure Centre – Mondays, 10:30am–12:30pm (from 12 May)
  • Maindy Leisure Centre – Mondays, 1:30–3:30pm (from 12 May)
