Free Arts Workshops by Common/Wealth
Common/Wealth invites you to Nourish, a free programme of six creative workshops designed to ignite creativity and nourish your mind and body. Workshops are led by radical creatives from Cardiff and beyond and take place at Llanrumney Hall in February.
Workshop Schedule:
  • Hold Your Own with Rhiannon White:
    Theatre techniques for confidence and expression.
    11 & 12 February 2025, 12:30–2:30 PM
  • Angry Writing with Rachel Dawson:
    Use anger to fuel creativity.
    13 February 2025, 12:30–2:30 PM
  • Writing for Joy with Taylor Edmonds:
    Uplifting writing to explore joy.
    18 February 2025, 12:30–2:30 PM
  • Fat Yoga with Scottee!:
    Yoga for every body, led by theatre maker Scottee.
    19 February 2025, 12:30–2:30 PM
  • Nurture Gathering:
    Celebrate with free food and inspiration.
    20 February 2025, 12:30–2:30 PM
Spaces are limited. Book via Eventbrite or contact Common/Wealth for questions. Support for transport, food, and childcare is available.
