As part of Addiction Awareness Week, Ajuda is hosting a free, two-hour online webinar exploring the realities of addiction, substance misuse, and the road to recovery.

This engaging session will shed light on how addiction affects mental health and wellbeing, while offering practical insights and hope for those affected directly or indirectly.

The webinar will cover:

  • How drugs and alcohol impact mental health and wellbeing

  • Real-life recovery stories from individuals who have overcome addiction

  • Insights, guidance, and support from leading organisations in the field
