Family Fortunes programme
Family Fortunes programme is a preventative approach that helps parents and children to develop positive money habits, whilst having fun learning together. The programme was funded by the Money Advice Service and evaluated by UCL.
The Campaign for Learning will be running training to enable you to implement this programme in your setting on Tuesday 18 June in Cardiff. The workshop will be led by Juliette Collier from the Campaign for Learning.
“Showcased the marriage between theory and practice and showed us how to get it done well. I feel ready to roll with it”- An attendee at Family Fortunes Practitioner Training July 2018.
This training course is for anyone looking to better support families with financial education and money management. It provides skills for those with no financial capability training and offers new approaches for those who have already worked in this field.
The workshop provides attendees with:
- an online toolkit, marketing materials and access to a series of webinars to enable them to deliver the ‘Family Fortunes’ programme as soon as they get back to their organisation.
- an opportunity to share experiences and understand how to adapt the resources to your families and setting.
- explore how the resources can be adapted to deliver it in early year’s settings
We have a special early bird offer until 15 May. To find out more visit: https://www.campaign-for-learning.org.uk/Event/18-june-2019-family-fortunes
