Cardiff and Vale UHB and the Cardiff and Vale Community Health Council (CHC) will be holding two open invitation meetings during the engagement period where local clinicians will be giving a presentation followed by an opportunity for you to ask questions and provide feedback on the proposed changes. The meetings will take place as follows:

• 6.30pm – 8.00pm on Monday 20th November at Castleland Community Centre, Belvedere Crescent, Barry, CF63 4JZ
• 6.30pm – 8.00pm on Thursday 23rd November at St Andrew’s United Reformed Curch, Pen-Y-Lan Road (Corner of Wellfield Road), Roath, Cardiff, CF24 3PB
