A great opportunity for community members, carers and professionals to connect with services that help and support people affected by dementia.
The day will feature information stalls run by:

· Independent Living Officers
· Day Opportunities Team
· Alzheimer’s Society
· First Point of Contact
· United Welsh
Dementia friendly activities throughout the day include:
Sports-fitness based games, music sing-a-longs and indoor bowls.

***Memory Lane Social Club is a weekly activities session, started in January 2019 at Cathays Community Centre, for anyone affected by dementia, running on Tuesday afternoons***
