Get the knowledge, skills and confidence to plan, prepare and deliver training sessions with this three-day accredited WCVA course. One of WCVA’s most popular courses, Training Skills gives you an overview of learning theory, provides practical planning tools for designing and evaluating training, and helps prepare you for training delivery.
 
The course is ideal for those who are new to training and/or may have taken on a training role in their organisation for the first time. Our in-house trainers support you to get accreditation via written assessment and the design of a training course, part of which you will deliver during the third day.
