The aim of this training is to help organisations plan for the future once current funding ends. It will be delivered by WCVA’s Third Sector European Team (3-SET).

The course will cover:

• What is succession planning
• How to develop a managed exit strategy
• Options for future funding and sources of help and support

Learning objectives:

• Understand the term ‘succession planning’
• Be confident to develop an exit strategy
• Have an improved awareness of options for future funding and where to go for support

Target Group: Staff from third sector organisations who will be involved in managing EU Structural Funds projects, either as a direct sponsor or sub-contractor.

The webinar will be an interactive session with the opportunity to ask questions throughout. We also welcome questions in advance, please send these via email using 3set@wcva.org.uk.
