SUMMARY:Succession Planning Webinar
DESCRIPTION:The aim of this training is to help organisations plan for the future once current funding ends. It will be delivered by WCVA’s Third Sector European Team (3-SET). \nThe course will cover: \n\nWhat is succession planning\nHow to develop a managed exit strategy\nOptions for future funding and sources of help and support\n\nLearning objectives: \n\nUnderstand the term ‘succession planning’\nBe confident to develop an exit strategy\nHave an improved awareness of options for future funding and where to go for support\n\nTarget Group: Staff from third sector organisations who will be involved in managing EU Structural Funds projects\, either as a direct sponsor or sub-contractor. \nThe webinar will be an interactive session with the opportunity to ask questions throughout. We also welcome questions in advance\, please send these via email using 3set@wcva.org.uk. \nIf you are unable to watch the webinar live it will be recorded and available on the WCVA website in the days following. \nIf you would like to participate in this session please complete the booking form and return to training@wcva.org.uk by Friday 31 March 2017.
