At a small additional charge, this 2-day NewLink Wales course can be accredited through Agored Cymru gaining 3 credits and level 3 on the Quality Assured Lifelong Learning Framework for Wales.

This course is aimed at people with little or no knowledge of substance misuse. The course will describe the most commonly misused categories of substances, identify the effects of alcohol and the risks associated with alcohol misuse. Also it will describe different patterns of substance misuse and discuss the range of service provision available.
