The Children’s Commissioner for Wales is the independent children’s rights institution set up to champion the rights of children and young people in Wales. The Children’s Commissioner works for every child and young person in Wales under the age of 18 (or 25 years old if they’ve been ‘looked after’). The work includes supporting children and young people to find out about their rights, ensuring they have a voice on issues that are important to them and advising children, young people and those who care from them if they feel they have nowhere else to go to with their problems. 

Sally Holland, the current Children’s Commissioner for Wales, will be attending the meeting to discuss her latest Annual Report.
