This course is suitable anyone working in the private, public or voluntary sectors. It is especially helpful for managers who have responsibility for the well-being of staff and for front line staff providing goods and services to the public. It is also suitable for anyone wanting to increase their awareness with regard to ensuring their own wellbeing or of others.

Content Outline:

This session is highly interactive and involves several group participation exercises and includes examining some case studies and a quiz.
