Measuring soft outcomes

- This WCVA course will enable you to describe the effects that your project or service has on people you work with. It will help you to decide on the best way to demonstrate those changes.
- You will learn about what soft outcomes are and how others have tried to measure them. Using small group exercises and real life examples and tools, the course will take you through the stages in looking at the effects of your project or service. You will think about common issues in measuring soft outcomes and how you can use off the shelf tools or develop your own.
