If you are a staff member or volunteer offering frontline advice, support or information to people in financial need, join Turn2us for a free 3-hour workshop and learn how to use:
- The Turn2us Benefits Calculator
- The Grants Search tool
- The website to access other information including how Universal Credit might affect your service users
With these easy-to-use web tools you will be able to help people access benefits, grants and other forms of financial help.
*Places are free for charities working with people in financial need. Some charging may occur for local authorities, housing associations or commercial organisations – please email us if you want to know more: training@turn2us.org.uk
