NewLink Wales training course

Through Creative Care Planning we challenge the old way of doing things and incorporate various creative methods to inspire our service users through care planning.

By the end of the course participants will have developed skills and knowledge in what best practice guidelines say about care planning and how to apply it, what commissioners need from care planning and how to internally audit individual care plans. In addition they will gain skills in applying engaging methods in care planning and learn how to implement this into their own service.
