DESCRIPTION:  \nNewLink Wales training course \nThrough Creative Care Planning we challenge the old way of doing things and incorporate various creative methods to inspire our service users through care planning. \nBy the end of the course participants will have developed skills and knowledge in what best practice guidelines say about care planning and how to apply it\, what commissioners need from care planning and how to internally audit individual care plans.
