In summer 2015 the Kids Company a high profile, flamboyant and unique children’s charity collapsed. It is the largest and highest profile charity to go bust in recent times. So what happened? What can we learn from the findings that have been released to date? If your organisation was to come under similar scrutiny would you feel confident of your own governance?
