Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering
This certificated course is for anyone handling food as part of the work of their voluntary organisation. It is accredited through the Royal Society for the Promotion of Health.
The course will cover:
– How to take personal responsibility for food safety
– Importance of keeping clean and hygienic
– Importance of keeping the working areas clean and hygienic
– Importance of keeping food safe
Please note that there is a minimum charge for this course of £40, which includes the cost of the certificate.
