The training will help participants to understand the importance and benefits of long-term planning and provide them with practical resources to plan more effectively within their organisations.

By the end of the session, participants will:

• Appreciate the purpose of a business and strategic plan and why every organisation needs one;

• Recognise the benefits of the planning process;

• Be able to develop comprehensive business and strategic plans.
