Effro is working towards organising three or four awareness events, in various local authority areas, over the next 9 months. The purpose of the events is to provide useful, practical advice to families and carers of those living with dementia. We want to make the events as participative as possible so will be aiming to offer a variety of activities alongside the provision of information, advice, guidance, signposting and practical examples of helpful support techniques. The first of these events is scheduled to be held in Cardiff on the 29th of July.
