Early Years Integration Transformation Programme – Survey

The Learning Partnership has been commissioned by Cardiff Public Service Board and The Vale of Glamorgan as part of the Early Years Integration Transformation Programme as Pathfinders.This survey is voluntary. Thank you for your time in answering the questions.This questionnaire is seeking views from professional partners who support families and children from pre-birth to seven years old. We are trying to understand which parts of the support system for families work well together and which areas need further development. It will help us identify gaps/repetition in service provision too.Your views and insights matter to us, as through your work you will have sector-specific experience and perspective.Confidentiality is assured at all times.
