Mae’r cwrs hwn, sydd wedi’i ardystio gan y Sefydliad Arweinyddiaeth a Rheolaeth (ILM), yn gyfle i chi ddatblygu’ch sgiliau goruchwylio, cynyddu’ch hyder, a gwella’ch gallu i gyflawni’ch cyfrifoldebau fel rheolwr llinell. 

Cynnwys

Mae cryn dipyn o gyfrifoldeb ar reolwyr llinell yn y trydydd sector sy’n gofyn am lawer mwy na dim ond dirprwyo tasgau neu gymeradwyo ceisiadau. Fel rheolwr llinell, rydych yn gyfrifol am gyfleu negeseuon yn effeithiol i’ch tîm, canfod cyfleoedd datblygu a rhoi cymorth uniongyrchol i aelodau o’ch tîm.

Bydd y cwrs tridiau hwn yn canolbwyntio ar arferion gorau ar gyfer cynefino, goruchwylio, arfarnu, monitro perfformiad, cefnogi staff a thimau, a datblygu unigolion.

Cewch gyfleoedd ymarferol i wella ac ymarfer eich sgiliau goruchwylio, yn ogystal â rhoi’ch gwybodaeth a’ch sgiliau newydd ar waith yn ôl yn eich mudiad, eich prosiect neu’ch cymuned.

Bydd y cwrs hyfforddi ymarferol hwn yn defnyddio dulliau hyfforddi amrywiol, gan gynnwys cyflwyniadau, gwaith mewn grwpiau bach, trafodaethau ac ymarferion. Byddwch hefyd yn cael deunydd a ddosbarthir yn y cwrs ac adnoddau eraill i’w cadw ar ôl y cwrs.

Aim

This course, endorsed by the Institute of Leadership and Management, will give you the opportunity to develop your supervisory skills, increase your confidence, and enhance your ability to fulfil your line management responsibilities. 

Content

Being a line manager in the third sector is a significant responsibility that involves much more than simply delegating tasks or approving requests. As a line manager, you will be responsible for effectively communicating messages to your team, identifying opportunities for development and providing direct support to members of your team.

This 3-day course will focus on best practice for induction, supervision, appraisal, monitoring performance, supporting staff and teams, and individual development.

You will have practical opportunities to improve and practice your supervision skills, as well as put your newly enhanced knowledge and skills into practice back in your organisation, project or community.

This practical training course will use a range of training methods, including presentations, small group work, discussions and practical exercises. You will also receive a course handout and other resources to take away with you. 

Learning outcomes

By completing this course, you will:

  • Explore your management role and responsibilities
  • Enhance your supervisory and appraisal skills
  • Develop your own induction checklist
  • Consider effective ways of managing performance and motivation
  • Identify a range of learning and development opportunities suited to your team.
  • Recognise your own strengths, weaknesses, values and motivations.
