This is week 5 of the Director of Public Health Report ‘Pulling Our Weight Together’ # CAVPOWT.

The internet based communication programme continues with the topic of mood and food. The question we are asking to encourage debate is:-

‘Does how you feel affect what you eat?’

A factsheet ‘The link between mood and food’ is available in English and Welsh on the Cardiff & Vale University Health Board (UHB) website

http://www.cardiffandvaleuhb.wales.nhs.uk/dph-annual-report-2014. These factsheets contain lots of web-links and information about the link between our mood and food and suggests actions for organisations, groups and individuals.
