CwmpasOT Groups – Occupational Therapy-Led Sessions
CwmpasOT groups provide therapeutic activities designed to support community connection, social inclusion, and cognitive engagement for people living with dementia and those experiencing cognitive changes. Sessions are welcoming, creative, and person-centred, offering activities such as art, music, quizzes, and physical games to promote confidence and wellbeing.
Upcoming Sessions:
  • Llanrumney Hub: 16th June, 18th August, 15th September, 6th October, 17th November, 15th December (13:30–14:30)
  • Grangetown Hub: 9th June (10:30–11:30)
  • Dinas Powys Library: 3rd June 2025, 10th June 2025, 24th June 2025, 1st July 2025, 8th July 2025, 22nd July 2025, 5th August 2025, 12th August 2025, 26th August 2025- (14:00–15:30)
  • Golau Caredig: Every 2nd and 4th Wednesday (13:30–15:00)
  • Age Connect Café, Barry: First three Tuesdays of each month (10:15–12:00)
