Creative Roots – Free Creative Workshops to Support Mental Wellbeing
Creative Roots is a community wellbeing project developed by Das Clarks, supported by Cardiff and Vale Area Planning Board and Arts Council Wales. It offers creative and mindful activities aimed at nurturing mental wellbeing for substance use and mental health service users, volunteers, and staff across Cardiff and the Vale.
Workshops include:

Two-hour creative taster sessions

Six-week specialist courses (print-making, painting, photography)

Drop-in and peer mentoring sessions
Sessions are available weekly in Barry and Cardiff:
