Voluntary Services Emergency Fund
A new grant scheme to enable voluntary organisations providing vital support during the Coronavirus crisis to continue and expand their work.
The voluntary sector across Wales is playing a pivotal role in supporting those in need across Welsh communities. In this time of national emergency, funding needs to reach those working directly with communities quickly, to meet a huge increase in need.

Third sector resilience fund for Wales
This fund is designed to support those voluntary sector organisations that need financial support to survive the current crisis primarily because of an unprecedented fall in their fundraising and donation income.
In addition, the fund offers a bridging loan option of for the equivalent of two months’ furloughed wages (up to £25,000) to tide voluntary organisations over while waiting for furlough reimbursements from the Government.
This fund will open soon: we are working hard to launch as soon as possible and will communicate more in the following days. Check our Covid-19 updates and guidance page or sign up to WCVA’s daily update to make sure you stay up to date.
