Citzens Cymru Wales are looking for Muslim and BAME young women with experiences in finding a graduate job or decent paid job!
They are currently building relationships with some of the biggest employers in the City on recruiting more diverse people and also tackling discriminatory recruitment practices that exist.
Their Community Jobs Compact achieves all of this but as part of this research they need to hear the stories of Muslim and BAME women on what aspect of the recruitment process they are finding a problem.
If you or any girls you know have been turned down for a job but smashed the interview, they want to hear from you!
Are there employers not getting back to but getting back to your friends with English sounding names, they want to hear from you too!
