Me Time – Free Online Support Sessions for Unpaid Carers

Carers Wales is offering a series of free, online ‘Me Time’ sessions from May to June 2025, providing creative activities, wellbeing advice, legal guidance, and support for unpaid carers.

Sessions include workshops on art, book clubs, managing change, boosting wellbeing, understanding Power of Attorney, and more.
