Care’Diff Support Groups

Care’Diff support groups have launched in community Hubs across Cardiff! These groups will provide unpaid carers with an opportunity to take a break, meet other carers, take part in fun activities and get support.

Care’Diff Support Groups meet monthly:

Powerhouse Hub

Ely and Caerau Hub

Second Friday of the month from 1:00 to 2:30pm (12th May, 9th June)

Rhiwbina Hub

Third Friday of the month from 10:00 to 11:30am (19th May, 16th June)

STAR Hub

Last Monday of the month from 2:00 to 3:30pm (22nd May – this session has been brought forward from 29th May as it falls on a Bank Holiday – 26th June)
